]]> Despite all the rain Atlanta got this week, the PGA Tour Championship will go on as scheduled at East Lake Golf Club. I thought it would be fun to get predictions from our Director of Golf, Adam Foegen and Assistant Golf Professional, David Vannier on who they think will take home the $10 million purse on Sunday.

Adam Foegen’s prediction:  Tiger Woods – “Tiger will win because he is back from a medical layoff and working harder than ever on his game and wants to prove a point that he is still the #1 player in the world.  Most importantly he did not win a major this year so the highlight of his season has to be a Tour Championship win.”

David Vannier’s prediction:  Steve Stricker – “He is hot right now and playing incredibly.  Steve’s confidence is high coming off his win two weeks ago at the Deutsche Bank Championship and has won two other times this year.  Steve has a very simple swing that keeps him straight and because of that I think he has a great chance at any event.”
