Stacey Keating of Cressy, Australia was victorious over Cheyenne Woods in yesterday’s semi-final roundof the Womens Trans National Championships. Another Aussie, Julia Boland, of Sydney, took Corinna Rees of Pebble Beach to 19 holes before coming out on top. Nielson continues winning ways

Calle Nielson stayed on the top of the leaderboard at Tennessee National Golf Club finishing yesterday’s second round of qualifying with a 71 and total 137 in the Womens TRANS National Campionships. Yesterday’s field was cut to 64 after a 7 person playoff for the final 5 spots. Match play started today at 8am.

Calle Nielson shoots 66 to lead TRANS National Championships

Calle Nielson shot an opening round 66 to lead the first round of qualifying for the TRANS National Championships. Nielson, a Nashville native, now plays for the Universityof Virginia where she is a sophomore and has already built up an impressive resume.

Cheyenne Woods and Tennessee National Golf Club Members win TRANS National Co-Am

Duane Galbrath, Cheyenne Woods, Linda & Shan Trotter (pictured below) were victorious over 25 other teams in Saturday’s TRANS National Co-Am shooting a 54. Runner’s up were Robin Banner, Diane Dunn, Bryana Gregory & Taylor Karle, three back at 57.
