Tennessee National, the Medallist development located in Loudon, TN, is proud to announce that they have entered into a sales and marketing agreement with Waters-Edge Properties, Inc. to create and implement all marketing for the development on a local and national basis. Waters-Edge, a local Knoxville based firm, is the highly successful real estate brokerage and marketing company behind Grande Vista Bay in Rockwood and the recent sales efforts of Lowe’s Ferry development on Fort Loudoun Lake. Through their sales and marketing efforts since January 2008, Waters-Edge has sold more than $35,000,000 in land sales in Tennessee using one simple concept – “Match Today’s Prices with Today’s Buyer’s Demand” – regardless of the cost, profits or historically much higher prices.

Tennessee National Wellness Center Ribbon Cutting

Under gorgeous blue skies and a bright yellow sun Tennessee National held our ribbon cutting ceremony for the Wellness Center. Over 60 residents, property owners and golf members attended the ceremony. We were also pleased to have in attendance Loudon County Mayor Doyle Arp, who along with Medallist COO, David Cecchele cut the ribbon to offically open the Wellness Center.

Wellness Center Construction Update

Construction is moving right along on Phase I of Tennessee National’s Wellness Center outdoor pool and cabana areas. The pool has been dug out in the shape of the Tennessee National logo, and the gunite, which will be the surface of the pool, has been sprayed this week. The foundation has been set for the cabana and framing has started.

“I am pleased with the progress that is being made on Phase I of the Wellness Center,” said David Cecchele, Medallist US Chief Operating Officer, “construction has been moving along steadily for the past few months allowing us to make significant progress on the pool & cabana areas.”

The Wellness Center outdoor swimming pool area is the first phase of Tennessee National’s Wellness Center complex, which is planned to include leisure recreational, exercise and community facilities.
